Estonia summoned Russia's ambassador to protest the Russian helicopter's incursion into its airspace.

Estonia expressed its support for Lithuania and urged Russia to quit threatening its neighbors.

Earlier, Poland's border guard service said it had brought in 4.21 million Ukrainian refugees since the Russian military incursion started in February.

According to Radio Poland, the nation accepted 23,000 migrants from Ukraine on Monday, up from 24,800 the day before, while more than 2.2 million refugees fled to Ukraine.

In March, Poland enacted legislation that would assist Ukrainian migrants to escape their nation in a number of ways. Ukrainian refugees would be entitled to reside lawfully in Poland and have access to education, health care, and social services under the bill.
