A school shooting threat leads to the arrest of a 10-year-old Florida kid.

A fifth-grader in Florida was arrested on Saturday for making threats against his school after the deadly shootings in Texas last week.

The Lee County Sheriff's Office published footage of officers arresting Daniel Marquez, 10. The agency says Marquez sent a text message about a planned shooting at Patriot Elementary in Lee County.

"This student's conduct is horrible, particularly after Uvalde," stated Sheriff Carmine Marceno. "Now is not the time to behave badly. No joke. The child's phony threat has actual effects.
